Luxuryvilla Marbella is an editorial guide. We do not list houses, we do not sell them and we are not paid by sellers to recommend them. What we publish is the knowledge a buyer or tenant needs and rarely gets in one place: how the neighbourhoods differ, what a purchase really costs, which licences matter and how to live well in a villa on this coast.
How we work
Every neighbourhood page and guide is written and edited in house, checked against official sources where rules and taxes are concerned and dated. Prices are indicative asking-price bands for detached villas, an editorial estimate for autumn 2026, never a valuation. Drive times are typical trips outside rush hour. Where the law is involved, we explain the principle and recommend an independent lawyer, because the details of your purchase deserve individual advice.
Images
Photographs of Marbella, its beaches, villages and many of the villas shown are licensed stock photography. Some villa and interior images were created with AI to illustrate typical features; they carry an "AI generated" label on the image. No image shows a specific property for sale.
