How the Villa Finder works
Each neighbourhood carries editorial scores from 1 to 5 for beach, golf, views, privacy, town life, families, dining and plot size, plus an indicative price band. Your answers weight those scores, and the budget filters out places where detached villas rarely come up in your range. The match is a ranking, not a verdict: two neighbourhoods a few points apart deserve the same attention.
Use the result as a shortlist to read, then visit at the times you would actually live there: a school morning, a Saturday night in August, a wet weekend in February. The comparison tool puts any three side by side.

Where do the scores come from?
They are editorial judgements based on location, the character of each neighbourhood and its distance to the beach, golf, schools and town. They are relative to the other eleven, not absolute ratings.
Why does my budget change the result so much?
Because villa prices differ enormously between neighbourhoods. If detached villas in an area rarely sell within your range, the finder ranks it lower, even if it suits you otherwise.
Can I save the result?
